MEAT KURMA PREMIX

   

This is a mild and aromatic curry dish well-known among the Indian Muslim community in Malaysia. It is usually cooked with chicken or meat (mutton or beef) with potatoes, onions and whole fresh green chilies. The sauce is creamy in texture and light yellowish in colour. Highly recommended for those who has a mild taste for spicy curry.
